In 1994, SVF achieved a significant milestone by obtaining the ISO 9000 quality certificate and securing design and manufacturing licenses for national civil nuclear safety equipment. In response, we developed quality manuals and assurance outlines for the design and manufacturing processes of relevant products. As the civil and nuclear power industries continued to evolve, SVF experienced a continuous expansion in production scale. To adapt to the market trend, after four certificate renewals, SVF carried out a joint-stock reform in 2006 to adjust its organizational structure and improvements were made to the Quality Manual and related procedural documents, inspection and testing procedures. All controlled copies of quality control documents have been distributed to designated personnel, and their implementation is overseen by quality supervisors.
SVF has implemented a clearly defined administrative structure and quality assurance supervisory organization to ensure the effective implementation of responsibilities by relevant departments and individuals. This structure enables quality control activities to be conducted systematically according to specific requirements and ensures that quality responsibilities are clearly assigned to individuals.
Every year, SVF launches a training program on the quality management system along with skills competitions aimed at enhancing employees' working skills and fostering quality awareness.
Every year, SVF conducts third -party and second -party audits to identify any deficiencies in system operation. This allows us to promptly implement corrective and preventive measures to enhance the company's quality management system.
